Will this hex nipple work with any standard M16x1.5 port? I just wanna make sure before I order a bunch.

As long as the ports you're connecting also use the M16x1.5 thread size and ISO 9974 specification, this hex nipple should work just fine. It's designed for hydraulic circuits needing that specific metric connection on both ends with a 60-degree seat.
