Got a 3/4 inch male BSPP port on a manifold and need to run a 1/2 inch female line off it. this the right bushing for that?

That's exactly the situation this fitting covers. The male side threads into your 3/4 inch G 3/4-14 BSPP port, and the female end accepts a 1/2 inch G 1/2-14 BSPP connection on the other side. Straight configuration, so no angle changes, just a clean thread-size reduction between those two standard BSPP sizes.

Will this here bushing work to connect a 3/4" male BSPP fitting to a 1/2" female BSPP fitting?

That's what it's for. This Adaptall bushing has a male 3/4" BSPP thread on one side and a female 1/2" BSPP thread on the other, so it'll do the trick.
