What size threads are we dealing with on each end of this bushing? Trying to figure out if it'll work for a reducer fitting situation I got going on.

Male side is 3/8" BSPP, callout G 3/8 - 19. The female end is 1/4" BSPP, callout G 1/4 - 19. So yes, it does function as a reducer, stepping down from the larger male thread to the smaller female thread. Both sides are BSPP, so as long as your existing fittings match those thread types and sizes, you're in good shape.
