Got a piece of equipment here with a 1/2 inch NPT male port, and the line coming off it has a female BSPT end. Will this fitting bridge that gap straight across, or do I need something in between?

got a hose end that’s 1/2-14 NPTF male and the port i need to hit is 1/2 BSPT female. is this the right little adapter to tie those together?
