what's the thread size on both ends of this fitting? trying to match it up to what I already got on the machine

Side one runs an M26 x 1.5 DIN tube connection and side two is M18 x 1.5 metric. Both ends are male. The fitting is straight, so there's no angle to account for when you're routing your line.
