Could this motor handle being used pretty much non-stop in a bark removing machine?

Application-wise, this Danfoss/Eaton motor is definitely used in bark removing equipment, so it should be suitable for continuous operation. However, keep in mind that factors like hydraulic fluid temperature, system pressure, and proper maintenance will play a big part in its long-term performance.
