trying to swap out an elbow on my hydraulic line, is this one the 45 degree with M22 x 1.5 on one side and M20 x 1.5 on the other?

It’s a 45° steel elbow adapter with a male DIN tube end on Side 1 (M22 x 1.5, size S14) and a male metric end on Side 2 (M20 x 1.5, size 20mm).
