pump says 20cc to 49cc displacement, does that mean it adjusts while running or do you set it before install?

Variable displacement on this pump means the output can be adjusted across that range rather than being locked at a fixed rate. The 70160 series uses manual control, so the displacement setting is operator-driven rather than automatic.
