Same part, different label. The 70142-600 is the supplier part number, and SAE-A-COVER is just an alternate reference number for the same cover plate. You may also see it listed as 70142-600SP depending on where you're sourcing it. All three point to the same Eaton Char-Lynn piece, now carried under Danfoss Power Solutions.
