Is this the right fitting if I'm trying to go from JIC to BSPP?

Designed to make inline JIC-to-BSPP transitions easier, this straight adapter has a 7/16-20 Male JIC SAE 37-degree flare on one end and a 3/8-19 Male BSPP thread with a 60-degree seat on the other.
