I'm trying to adapt a metric port on a hydraulic valve to a JIC hose. Will this fitting do the trick?

For connecting a metric port with an O-ring and retaining ring to a JIC flared connection, this straight steel adapter should work nicely. It’s got the right threads (M16X1.5 on the metric side and 9/16-18 on the JIC side) to make that happen.
