70,000 Series Single Acting Telescopic Cylinder Parts

Bearings	Nylon bearings. Outer bearing is flat on the top & bottom. Inner bearing is trapped between two retainers. The bottom side of the inner bearing is step-cut on the OD to pilot over snap ring. Cross section is 0.245 inches.
Features	Spring steel type snap ring serves as internal stop. Uses a spiral retainer to trap lower bearing.
Identification	Cylinder model number & serial number stamped on cylinder body near base.
Note	70,000 Series single action cylinders are manufactured using urethane u-seals but may be retrofitted with a vee packing set if desired. Three types of packing kits are offered. Type 1 kits are identical to the original Hyco packing sets and utilize Parker u-seals. Type 2 kits are also identical to the original Hyco packing sets but contain a lower cost Hallite manufactured u-seal. Type 3 kits contain a vee packing set retrofit for the original u-seal packing. The vee packing can be more effective in sealing an older cylinder with abrasive scoring or other surface blemishes.
Piston	Welded to stage. Uses 2 replaceable wear rings per stage.
Seals	Normally uses urethane u-seals, but may be retrofitted with vee packing. All sizes are 1/4 inch cross section.
Stage OD's	3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8-1/8, 9-3/8.
Wipers	Urethane snap-in type.
