Will this fitting hold up okay in a hydraulic system on a farm tractor?

got a DIN tube end with that M10 x 1.0 thread, will this screw right into a 1/8 NPT port?

Made for that exact mix, the DIN side is M10 x 1.0 male in the LL06 size and the other end is a 1/8 inch male NPTF thread (1/8 to 27). It’s meant to bridge a DIN tube connection over to an NPT threaded port.

Got a valve block with 1/8" NPT ports and I'm running DIN tube lines off of it, this fitting handle that crossover in one piece, or do I need an adapter in between?

One piece is exactly what you get here. The 5007LL-06-02C connects an M10 x 1.0 DIN tube end on one side directly to a 1/8-27 NPTF male thread on the other, all in a single straight steel assembly. No intermediate adapter needed. As long as your tube connection is the LL06 DIN size and your port takes a 1/8" male NPT, this fitting bridges that gap cleanly.
