does this fitting work with a -20 hose size or do i need something different for that

the -20 hose dash size is exactly what this fitting is built for. It pairs with the ORS end on one side and connects to a line, hose, or tube on the other. The 45 degree angle is fixed, so there's no adjustable end to mess with. Just make sure your setup calls for that permanent 45 degree configuration before you order.
