what kind of connection does this elbow adapter have on each end? trying to figure out if it'll work with my existing lines before I order

One end is NPTF male and the other is a female fitting sized for line, hose, or tube connections. Both ends are 1/8 inch. The 90 degree angle makes it useful when you're working in tight spots and need to redirect a line without a lot of fuss.
