You are looking at a 90 degree swivel fitting with a #8 MORB (Male O-Ring Boss) end on one side and a #12 FP (Female Pipe) end on the other.

got a #12 female pipe end on my manifold block and need a 90 coming off it with a #8 MORB on the other side, this the right part for that?

That's exactly what this fitting does. One end is a #8 Male O-Ring Boss and the other is a #12 Female Pipe, set at a 90-degree angle. The swivel feature lets you rotate the MORB end during installation so you can clock it without fighting the threads. Brennan Industries makes this one, and it also goes by part numbers 6901-08-12 and A2068-12-8S if you're cross-referencing against an older parts list.
