What thread types are on both ends of this adapter, and will it connect a 3/4 male ORB port to a 1/2 female NPSM swivel fitting?

That's what this one does. One end is a 3/4-16 male O-ring boss per SAE J514, and the other end is a 1/2-14 female NPSM swivel per SAE J476. The O-ring boss side uses an NBR seal to hold pressure at the connection point, and the swivel end gives you some rotational flexibility during assembly. Straight configuration, no angle, so it runs inline between those two ports.
