bought one of these a while back for a pneumatic line and it held up real well, curious if the brass construction holds up the same in hydraulic setups too

Brass is a solid choice for hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation applications, and that's exactly what this connector is rated for across all three. The Dura-Kote plating adds a layer of corrosion resistance on top of the base brass material, so it handles the wear you'd expect in those environments. Just keep in mind the minimum working temperature is rated down to -65 degrees, so it's got a decent cold-weather range if that's a factor in your setup.
