I'm swapping out a valve plate on a PVH57 pump. Is this the left-hand version?

The included valve plate is the left-hand (LH) version for a PVH57 pump.

does this valve plate fit the PVH57 pump, or is that just one of the options it comes in?

The part you're looking at is specifically packaged as a Left Hand valve plate for the PVH57. That's what's included in the box, so if you've got a PVH57 that needs a LH replacement, you're in the right place.
