trying to swap in a run tee i already got, are all three ends on this one 9/16-18?

All three ports are 9/16-18 thread size and built to SAE J514. Two ends are Male JIC SAE 37 degree flare, and the third end is a Male SAE adjustable O-Ring Boss with an NBR seal.

got a system running 9/16-18 JIC fittings on two lines coming in and need to branch off to a third port, does this tee handle that configuration or is it a different thread on the branch?

Two of the ports are Male JIC SAE 37 Degree Flare at 9/16-18, and the third port is Male SAE Adjustable O-Ring Boss, also 9/16-18. So the run ports match your JIC lines, and the branch gives you an adjustable ORB connection at the same thread size. All three ports conform to SAE J514.
