got a hose end that’s JIC 37 degree flare, and the other side on my block is ORB. is this the elbow that ties those together at 45?

For tying those two styles together, it matches that setup. One end is Male JIC SAE 37 Degree Flare and the other end is Male SAE Adjustable O-Ring Boss, and the body is a 45 degree elbow. Both ends are 1-5/8-12 thread size and built to SAE J514, with an NBR O-ring on the ORB side for sealing.
