got a hose end that’s 1-5/16-12 JIC, will this elbow mate up on that side or am i off a size

On the JIC side it is a 1-5/16-12 male JIC with a 37 degree flare, built to SAE J514. If your hose end is the matching female JIC 37 degree flare in 1-5/16-12, that end will thread on and seal on the flare.
