trying to swap out an elbow on a hydraulic line, what threads are on each end of this 06MJ-04MAORB 90?

On one side you have a male JIC SAE 37 degree flare with a 9/16-18 thread. The other side is a male SAE adjustable O-ring boss with a 7/16-20 thread, using an NBR O-ring seal.

got a tight spot in my hydraulic line where a straight fitting just ain't gonna work, this 90-degree elbow rate for high pressure systems or is it more of a low-demand part?
