fitting's got a 9/16-18 on one end and M14 x 1.5 on the other -- that right? trying to match up an ORFS line to a DIN port on a piece of equipment and just want to make sure i got the sizes figured out before i order

That's what this fitting does. One end is a 9/16-18 UNF male ORFS connection, which is a 1/4" size, and the other end is an M14 x 1.5 male DIN tube connection, L08 size. Straight configuration, so no angle to account for during installation. If those thread specs match what you're working with on both sides, this is the piece you need.

got a hose end that’s 9/16-18 UNF ORFS, 1/4 size. will this adapter mate that to a DIN tube port?

It bridges a 9/16 - 18 UNF male ORFS connection (1/4 inch size) over to a male DIN tube connection sized L08 with M14 x 1.5 threads, in a straight steel fitting.
