all three ports on this tee the same thread size, or are they different?

All three ports are 3/4-16 and built to SAE J514 spec. Two of them are male JIC 37-degree flare, and the third is a female JIC swivel on the run side. So you're working with the same thread size across the board, just different types depending on which port you're connecting to.
