got a line with 3/4-16 JIC, is this tee gonna match up without any funny adapters

Match the ends by thread and style. This branch tee has a 3/4-16 male JIC SAE 37 degree flare on one run and a 3/4-16 female JIC swivel 37 degree flare on the other, both per SAE J514, so it is meant to connect into that same JIC 37 degree flare size.
