Got a pipe thread port on my manifold block that's 1-1/4 inch NPTF and I need to tie into a JIC hose end, this fitting gonna bridge that gap?

That's exactly the situation this fitting handles. One end is a 1-1/4-11-1/2 Male NPTF thread built to SAE J476, so it screws straight into a standard NPTF port. The other end is a 1-5/8-12 Female JIC Swivel with a 37 degree flare seat, conforming to SAE J514, which connects to a matching male JIC hose end. The swivel design on the JIC side also makes alignment a good bit easier when you're working in a tight spot.
