trying to replace an old adapter, is this one male 3/8-18 nptf on one end and a 7/16-20 jic swivel on the other?

For matching up threads, this adapter is Male NPTF 3/8-18 on the B1 end (SAE J476) and Female JIC swivel 37 degree flare 7/16-20 on the B2 end (SAE J514).

This adapter's got a male NPTF on one end and a female JIC swivel on the other, that right? Just want to make sure before I order a handful of em.

Correct on both counts. One end is a 3/8-18 Male NPTF thread built to SAE J476, and the other is a 7/16-20 Female JIC Swivel with a 37-degree flare seat conforming to SAE J514. That combination is what the 6505-06-04 is built around, so if your fittings match those thread types and sizes, you're in good shape.
