got a 1-1/16-12 male JIC line already, will this elbow match up with it?

It uses a male JIC SAE 37 degree flare on one end and a female JIC swivel 37 degree flare on the other, and both ends are 1-1/16-12 threads per SAE J514. That makes it a straight match for those JIC flare sizes.

Thread size on both ends is 1-1/16-12 JIC -- that right? Just want to make sure before I order a handful of these for a hydraulic connections job we got coming up.

Both ends run the same size, yes. B1 is a male JIC SAE 37-degree flare at 1-1/16-12, and B2 is a female JIC swivel at the same 1-1/16-12. Both conform to SAE J514, so they'll mate up with standard JIC fittings on either side without any adapter mismatch.

I need a 45-degree elbow for a hydraulic setup. This one lists 1-1/16-12 threads – is that the right size for a -12 AN fitting?

This adapter uses 1-1/16-12 threads, which are equivalent to -12 AN sizing per SAE J514.
