trying to replace an elbow on a JIC line. are both ends on this one 9/16-18 and is one side a swivel?

On this 45 degree forged elbow, both connections are JIC SAE 37 degree flare with 9/16-18 threads, built to the SAE J514 spec. One end is a male JIC flare and the other end is a female JIC swivel flare.
