got a #8 male JIC on one side and need to turn 90 into a #10 female swivel JIC, is that what this fitting is?

For a 90 degree turn from a #8 male JIC SAE 37 degree flare (3/4-16) into a #10 female JIC swivel 37 degree flare (7/8-14), that matches what this elbow is built as. Both ends are JIC flare per SAE J514.
