Just wanna make sure this here fitting will work with my existing setup... threads are SAE O-ring boss and NPSM, right?

Correct, this fitting features a female SAE O-ring boss thread and a female NPSM thread. The SAE O-ring boss thread is 9/16-18 and meets SAE J514 spec, while the NPSM thread is 3/8-18 and meets SAE J476 spec.
