that's correct. The thread is 1-5/16-12, male SAE O-ring boss, and it meets SAE J514 spec. If you're running a port that matches that configuration, you're good to go.

the NBR O-ring/seal material is made to hold up well against oils and chemicals. You shouldn't have any problems there.
