trying to swap out an old fitting, what threads are on each side of this 02MORB-02FP?

On the B1 side you get a 5/16-24 male SAE O-ring boss thread built to SAE J514, and it seals with an NBR O-ring. The B2 side is a 1/8-27 female NPSM thread per SAE J476.

Got a line running 1/8-27 NPSM female fittings out in the field. Will this adapter mate up to that without needing a bushing or reducer in between?

A straight connection right into your 1/8-27 NPSM female line is exactly what the B2 end of this adapter handles. That thread conforms to SAE J476, so no additional reducer or bushing needed on that side. The other end is a 5/16-24 male SAE O-ring boss per SAE J514, with an NBR o-ring providing the seal. As long as your mating port accepts that size and thread type, you're good to go with a direct fit.
