What kind of thread setup does this adapter have on each end, and will it work going from an O-ring boss port to an NPTF line?

One end is a 1-5/8-12 female SAE O-ring boss, built to SAE J514. The other end is a 1-1/4-11-1/2 male NPTF, built to SAE J476. So yeah, it bridges those two thread types in a straight configuration, which is exactly what you'd need when connecting an ORB port to a tapered pipe thread fitting or line.

got a hose end with a 1-5/8-12 female SAE o-ring boss, will this screw into it and then give me a 1-1/4 NPTF male on the other side?
