got a hose end with a 1-5/16-12 female ORB, will this screw into it and still give me NPT on the other side?

Function-wise, it is an adapter that goes from a 1-5/16-12 female SAE O-ring boss port (SAE J514) to a 1-11-1/2 male NPTF thread (SAE J476) in a straight steel body.
