What size is the thread on each end of this thing?

The adapter has a 9/16-18 Female SAE O-Ring Boss thread on one side, and a 1/2-14 Male NPTF thread on the other.

got a port on my hydraulic manifold that's SAE O-Ring Boss 9/16-18 and I need to tie into a 1/2 inch NPTF line, this the right piece for that?

That's what this adapter is built for. One end is a Female SAE O-Ring Boss at 9/16-18, which threads right into that port, and the other end is Male NPTF at 1/2-14, so it'll pick up your NPT hydraulic connections without any issue. Both thread specs meet SAE standards, J514 on the ORB side and J476 on the NPTF side, so the connection is solid on both ends.

For that thread combo, yes. One end is a Female SAE O-Ring Boss 9/16-18 built to SAE J514, and the other end is a Male NPTF 1/2-14 built to SAE J476, in a straight steel body.
