Reckon this'll fit my setup? Got a 9/16-18 male SAE O-ring boss thread I need to connect to a 3/4-16 female JIC swivel.

This 06MORB-08FJS straight adapter is made to connect exactly those two thread types. It's got a 9/16-18 male SAE O-ring boss on one end and a 3/4-16 female JIC swivel 37-degree flare on the other, so it should be just what you need.

what thread types are on each end of this adapter, and are both covered under SAE J514?

Both ends fall under SAE J514. One end is a 9/16-18 Male SAE O-Ring Boss, and the other is a 3/4-16 Female JIC Swivel with a 37-degree flare. That combination is pretty common when you're tying an ORB port into a JIC swivel line, and the standard coverage on both sides means you're not mixing specs between connections.
