trying to keep it simple here, does this adapter have any adjustable end on it?

No adjustment features are built into this one. It is a straight long adapter meant to stay fixed once installed, so you are not dealing with an adjustable end.

Fixed all the way through. No adjustable end, no swivel, nothing to fiddle with after installation. Once it's threaded in, that connection stays put. That's actually a plus in a lot of setups where vibration or accidental bumping could knock an adjustable fitting out of position over time.
