trying to swap fittings on a hose, is this the one that goes from 1-1/16-12 JIC flare to 3/4-16 ORB?

Yes, it is a straight adapter with a male JIC SAE 37 degree flare on one side (1-1/16-12) and a male SAE O-Ring Boss on the other side (3/4-16). Both ends are built to SAE J514 thread specifications.
