Will this fitting hold up in a hydraulic system running at 5000 PSI?

got a hose end with a 9/16-18 JIC flare on it. will this fitting screw right on and seal up?

With a 9/16-18 male JIC SAE 37 degree flare on the B1 side, this fitting matches that thread and flare style. The other end is a 7/16-20 male SAE O-ring boss, and it uses an NBR O-ring for sealing on the ORB side.
