flow rate on this valve is listed at 120 LPM -- is that enough for press applications or is it usually on the lower end for that kind of work?

For press work, 120 litres per minute sits in a solid mid-range. Heavy-tonnage presses running large cylinders fast can push past that, but a good portion of press setups run well within that ceiling. The valve is also listed specifically for press applications alongside die casting, machine tool, and a handful of other industrial uses, so it was built with that environment in mind.
