Both sides on this fitting are male, right? Just want to make sure before I go trying to thread it into two female ports on my manifold.

Correct on both ends. The ORFS side runs a 9/16-18 UNF male thread at 1/4 inch, and the BSPP side is a G 1/8-28 male thread at 1/8 inch. So yeah, you'll need female receivers on both ports for this one to work.

On one side you have a 1/4 inch Male ORFS with a 9/16-18 UNF thread, and on the other side it is a 1/8 inch Male BSPP with a G 1/8-28 thread.
