what all comes in the box with this speed sensor? trying to figure out if i need to order anything else before i pull the old one off.

Package includes a ring and a gerotor, so those two components come with it. Depending on your setup, you may already have other hardware on hand, but those are the parts bundled with this sensor unit.

This speed sensor is listed as an Eaton Char-Lynn part, so it should be compatible with Char-Lynn motors.
