Part number on my old one wore off and I been tryin to track down a replacement, is FIVD10SBW3M the same thing as FI-VD-10S-B-W3-M, or are those two different parts?

Same part, just written different ways. FIVD10SBW3M and FI-VD-10S-B-W3-M are both alternate part numbers for the same Stauff component, SKU 6010004119. You'll see it listed under any of those variations depending on where you're sourcing it, but they all point to the exact same item.

Functionally, you are looking at the same item. FI-VD-10S-B-W3-M is listed as an alternate part number for STAUFF FI-VD-10S-B-W3-M, and FIVD10SBW3M is another alternate way it shows up. If your paperwork matches any of those, it points to this same Stauff hydraulic component.
