Those are alternate part number formats for the same Stauff hydraulic fitting. FI-GE-12L9/16U-B-W3-MS and FIGE12L9/16UBW3MS refer to the same identified part.

Same part, different ways to reference it. The SKU 6010001297 and the part number FI-GE-12L9/16U-B-W3-MS both point to the exact same Stauff fitting. You'll also see it written as FIGE12L9/16UBW3MS without the hyphens, which is just an alternate format some suppliers use. Any of those three will pull up the correct item.
