part number FIG10/08LW3MS, is that the same fitting as the 6010000780, or am I looking at two different parts?

Same part, different ways to reference it. Stauff lists FI-G-10/08L-W3-MS, FIG10/08LW3MS, and 6010000780 all as valid identifiers for this fitting. If your paperwork or old purchase order shows any one of those numbers, you're looking at the right component.
