Been looking at this motor for a snow removal setup and want to make sure I understand the break-in right. Do I really gotta run it easy before putting it to full load?

Running it at about 30% of rated pressure for roughly an hour before hitting full load is the recommended break-in procedure for this motor. Just as important, make sure the motor case is completely filled with hydraulic fluid before you apply any load at all. Skipping either of those steps can shorten the motor's service life pretty significantly. Once that hour is done, you're clear to run it at full operating conditions.
