Two-bolt mount on this one, does that mean it ain't got any adjustable ends, or is that a separate thing altogether?

Those are two separate features on this pump. The two-bolt configuration refers strictly to how it mounts, giving it a secure, stable fit during operation. The lack of adjustable ends is its own design characteristic, meaning the pump geometry is fixed. Both happen to apply here, but one doesn't cause the other.
