what exactly is this cover part used for on a Vickers DGSM valve?

what exactly comes in the box with this, is it just the subplate or is there other hardware included?

Just the subplate itself. No additional mounting hardware or fittings are included with this part. It's a spare part cover assembly for Vickers hydraulic valve systems, so if you need bolts or seals to go along with it, those would need to be sourced separately.
